Affiliate Terms of Service

To become an affiliate of Man Aya DataLink, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.

• Be a resident of Ghana or have a valid Ghanaian mobile money (MoMo) account for receiving payouts.

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

• Agree to these Affiliate Terms of Service in full.

By creating an affiliate account, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements. Man Aya DataLink reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

Each individual or business entity may hold only one (1) affiliate account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or earn additional commissions is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email and password).

• All activities that occur under your account.

• Notifying Man Aya DataLink immediately at info@manaya.net if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Man Aya DataLink will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Upon successful registration and email verification, you will be assigned a unique affiliate link and affiliate ID. This link is used to track purchases made by customers you refer to Man Aya DataLink.

You may share your affiliate link through:

• Social media platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc.)

• Personal websites, blogs, or YouTube channels

• Direct messaging to friends, family, and contacts

You may NOT share your affiliate link through:

• Spam emails or unsolicited bulk messages

• Misleading advertisements or false claims about Man Aya DataLink's products

• Paid advertising without prior written approval from Man Aya DataLink

• Any platform that violates that platform's own terms of service

Man Aya DataLink reserves the right to invalidate referrals that are determined to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms.

Affiliates earn commissions on every successful data bundle sale made through their unique referral link. Commission rates are as follows:

• Standard Commission: 8% per completed sale

• High Volume Bonus: Up to 18% for affiliates achieving top monthly sales

• Monthly Challenge Reward: Win 10GB free data for achieving GH₵10,000+ in sales within a calendar month

Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount (excluding MoMo transfer fees). Commissions are only earned on completed, verified transactions. Cancelled, refunded, or disputed transactions will not earn commissions.

Commission rates are subject to change. Man Aya DataLink will provide at least 7 days' notice before implementing any changes to commission rates.

Commissions are paid via Mobile Money (MoMo) to the registered phone number on your affiliate account.

Payout conditions:

• Minimum payout threshold: GH₵10.00

• Payouts are processed within 24 hours of a withdrawal request, on weekdays only (Monday to Friday, excluding Ghanaian public holidays).

• Requests submitted on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• You must submit a withdrawal request through your affiliate dashboard to initiate a payout.

Man Aya DataLink reserves the right to withhold payment if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending investigation. Commissions earned through fraudulent means will be permanently forfeited.

As an affiliate of Man Aya DataLink, you agree NOT to:

• Engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or any form of misleading advertising.

• Misrepresent Man Aya DataLink's products, pricing, or services in any way.

• Use automated bots, scripts, or any fraudulent means to generate fake referrals or sales.

• Create fake customer accounts to earn commissions.

• Offer unauthorized discounts, rebates, or incentives to customers without prior written approval.

• Violate any applicable Ghanaian law, regulation, or third-party platform terms of service.

• Disparage, defame, or make false statements about Man Aya DataLink, its products, or its team.

• Use Man Aya DataLink's trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written permission.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of earned commissions, and potential legal action.

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time.

You may close your affiliate account by contacting info@manaya.net.

Man Aya DataLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account, with or without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity

• Inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months

• Any conduct deemed harmful to Man Aya DataLink's reputation or business

Upon termination, any unpaid commissions from legitimate, verified sales will be paid out within 30 business days, provided the minimum payout threshold has been met. Commissions from fraudulent activity will be permanently forfeited.

Your personal information (name, email, phone number) is collected and processed solely for the purpose of operating your affiliate account, processing payouts, and communicating with you about the affiliate program.

Man Aya DataLink does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to process your payouts (e.g., mobile money providers).

By registering as an affiliate, you consent to receiving transactional emails (confirmation codes, payout notifications, account updates) and occasional promotional emails from Man Aya DataLink. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.

Man Aya DataLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program, including but not limited to:

• Loss of anticipated commissions due to changes in commission rates

• Technical issues affecting referral tracking

• Delays in payout processing due to circumstances beyond our control

• Any actions taken by customers you refer

Man Aya DataLink's total liability to you for any claim arising from the affiliate program shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Man Aya DataLink reserves the right to modify these Affiliate Terms of Service at any time. We will notify active affiliates of material changes via email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued participation in the affiliate program after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must close your affiliate account before the changes take effect.

These Affiliate Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your participation in the affiliate program shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Ghana, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
